It is a roll riveting machine for automotive engine mounts.
The operator sets the three-piece component in the mold and starts the process. After confirming the configuration of the three pieces and performing upper and lower machining, the roll rotates around the workpiece while applying integrated molding and riveting to the three-piece component. After the machining is complete, touch-up and painting work on the processed parts will be carried out in the next step.
